Bob Schroter PhD DIC FCGI FAIMBE FIChemE CEng Trustee Bob was invited to be a Trustee in 2002. He is Emeritus Professor of Biological Mechanics in the Department of Bioengineering, Imperial College London. His research interests range from biodynamics (– focusing on the study of human biomechanics in sport and injury) to the mechanics of breathing in health and disease and the physiology of large animals exercising in the most extreme conditions. He is also: Deeply involved in the world of exploration and youth expeditions and an elected member of both the Arctic and Antarctic Clubs and the Desert Club and a Trustee of the Young Explorers Trust. A Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and Foreign Fellow of the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineers A member of the Worshipful Company of Engineers. Fellow of the City & Guilds of London Institute and member of their Senior Awards Committee. low of the Royal Geographical Society.
