Gill was invited to join the board of Trustees in 2009.
Her background is in advertising and marketing for brands stretching from Mercedes-Benz, Peugeot and Ducati to Procter & Gamble and Masterfoods. She is currently working as Marketing Director for 2degrees, a web-enabled collaboration service for helping businesses deal with the implications of climate change.
In 2008 she had a discectomy which ended 2 years of back pain overnight.
She is married to a paediatric orthopaedic surgeon and has 2 small boys.
